We had our ACR WP5 fitted on Friday last week and I must say we our blown away by the quality of the service provided from start to finish. The initial consultation with Helen was extremely professional and informative and she was patient with us whilst we made our choices. On the day of installation Alan, Mark and Andy were fantastic, they kept our home tidy and ensured the finished product was of the highest quality. Could not recommend Timperley Stoves any higher!! 5*****

Highly recommend. We shopped around a little before coming across Timperley Stoves and were greeted with great customer service, knowledge and advice. From start to finish they have been brilliant, and the end result is superb. On fitting day the team were clean, efficient and also very knowledgeable. The end result is outstanding. Definitely a company / team that I'll be recommending to anyone that needs them.

We had our lovely fire and surround fitted by Timperley Stoves. Alan was very knowledgeable and helped us find the right fire for us. Alan and the team were fantastic from start to finish and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. What a great experience dealing with Timperley stoves. Helen in the shop, was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us chose the best stove and hearth for our home. Alan and his team did a great, professional job in the fitting of our stove, hearth and flu. They even manage to refit the fire surround which tested their patience. We can not thank you enough for your service and we would highly recommend you to anyone who needs a stove or flu fitting.

Had our wood burner stove installed yesterday and a great job was done - all 3 guys were very professional, tidy & friendly. Installation took about 3 hours and all went smoothly with minimal mess (they brought dust covers but recommend covering everything anyway for peace of mind). Alan took the time to explain the operation of the stove to us after the install which was appreciated. Was happy to answer questions when coming to quote too. Would recommend.

It is so good to have people turn up when they say they will and do a thoroughly great job! Helen, who runs the office, is so efficient. Following a phone call enquiry, I received an email the same day with a cost break down and a time and date as to when Alan and his team would arrive. We were advised we didn’t need our chimney lined as first thought but had a chimney pot and bird guard fitted. Excellent service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend.

Genuinely so happy with our log burner, and service! It didn’t even take the full day to remove the gas fire/ surroundings, knock it through & install… this was a really nice surprise! Very professional, no messing around, work started as soon as they arrived! So glad we decided to get it installed, makes all the difference! Really lovely people too. Highly recommend! I just had a log burner fitted by Timperley stoves. From the initial meeting in the shop to the first test fire after the install they conducted themselves extremely professionally and efficiently. Alan and his assistant were extremely polite and diligent. Everything done for you from chimney checks, registration with council and monoxide sensor install. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the stove and installation, brought new life to a room we hardly used before, highly recommended. The cats hang out waiting for the fire to go on! Really like the burnished door. Just need to paint over the plaster now…

We ended up with quite a difficult job which involved making right an old installation. Alan appreciated we wanted to keep the original beam from our fireplace and went out of his way to accommodate this without a massive uplift in cost. We are very pleased with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We have just had a stove fitted and it looks absolutely fantastic. The service provided was excellent from start to finish. Helen in store was really helpful and knowledgeable and Alan and the installation team were brilliant. The whole process was very simple, and the installation took less than a day. We’re very happy with it and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

A huge thank you to all the team at Timperley Stoves, especially Helen and Alan who had the patience of saints. I have been very fussy and over thinking far too much - it's a big purchase and being a newbie at log burners so I was asking lots of questions. Our stove was fitted 2 day's ago, we are over the moon with it, it looks fabulous, the 3 workmen treated our home with respect at all times, We will definitely recommend your company cracking job, we can't praise you enough

Just used recently to transform brick chimney breast and remove the brick hearth and gas fire. Alan and his team then plasterboard the chimney breast, inserted granite hearth and Electric wood burner effect stove. Plastering completed the following day. Plus wood beam added to chimney breast. Excellent job from first visit to the shop where Helen made all arrangements. Very professional, helpful and friendly by all the team.

We have recently had our stove fitted by Alan and the team. Alan & Helen were both incredibly helpful when choosing our stove etc. On the day of install Alan managed capping of the old gas fire removal, opening up of the chimney, installation and making good which he and the team completed quickly and efficiently leaving the room clean and tidy. Helen and Alan were great from start to finish. Two years ago we got a log burner from them installed in the dining room. We were so impressed we had them install a second in the living room this year! We never put the heating on anymore.

We have recently had our stove fitted by Timperley Stoves and we absolutely love it. We shopped around for prices and had previously been put off by poor service on initial contact by other stove fitting companies. Helen and Alan were very professional and knowledgeable and we knew straight away we'd be looked after. From initial contact, a shop visit and then the installation, the team were a pleasure to deal with. They managed to squeeze us in prior to my wife's surgery so it's now all cozy for her recovery. I had a wood burner fitted a few weeks ago, the experience I had was brilliant, especially as it had snowed the same day and the chaps just basically cracked on with the job in hand. The guys were very professional and as said did a fantastic job, I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting one fitted.

From Helen who initially guided us through which one to buy , arranging date for installation and any queries we had which were answered promptly to Alan who arranged the installation and guided us on how to use it which was much appreciated. what a great team and I would highly recommend them

Just had our Contura 510G wood burning stove fitted in our glass room by Timperly Stoves. We are very pleased with the result. The whole process of choosing with Helen in the showroom to fitting by Alan was very professional, quick and painless. I can whole heartly say, you wont go wrong with them.
