3. Services & Installations
- Timperley Stoves supplies, installs, and services wood burning and solid fuel stoves throughout Timperley and South Manchester
- Our team handles everything from surveys and supply to full installation, including chimney lining, hearth fitting, and flue work
- Work complies with building regulations and HETAS standards where required.
4. Quotes & Payment
- Quotes are provided after an in-person survey or consultation.
- Orders and installation slots are confirmed once we receive the agreed deposit.
- Accepted payment methods typically include credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash (as agreed).
5. Scheduling & Access
- Installation dates are mutually agreed upon in advance.
- Please ensure safe, clear access to the installation area on the agreed day.
6. Warranty & Aftercare
- All stoves are covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee (e.g., Saltfire warranties range from 3–5 years) provided installation adheres to guidelines.
- Warranty is void if installation is done incorrectly, without proper flue lining, or by non-HETAS-accredited personnel.
- We also provide advice on usage and maintenance following installation.
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed date.
- Cancellations within 48 hours or missed appointments may incur a fee.
8. Liability & Limitations
- We take care to protect your property and minimise disruption during installation.
- Timperley Stoves is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services purchased.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on this site (texts, images, logos) belongs to Timperley Stoves or is used with permission and is protected by copyright.
10. Data & Privacy
